We are pleased to announce that the range will be reopening for the following appointments and groups, effective on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
– Private Appointments (NO walk-ins)
– Open Shooting (reservation required/limit of 6 people per session)
– California Indoor Archers (private in-house competitive club)

Please remember that all lessons and sessions are by confirmed appointment only.  There are NO walk-ins.

Deposit Requirement for Private Lessons / Sessions

For all private lessons/sessions scheduled on or after August 1, 2019, a deposit is required to confirm a privately scheduled date/time.  The deposit amount will be equivalent to the full rate for a single 1 person lesson (this rate can be found here).  Deposit should be made by the customer no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled private date/time made with the range, unless otherwise specified by the range in writing during scheduling/invoicing.

Private lessons/sessions are HELD for the date/time/customer prior to deposit payment, but are not officially confirmed without payment of the advised lesson deposit , which guarantees that the lesson cannot be scheduled over.  

Whether a deposit has been paid or has yet to be paid by the customer, ANY customer that needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson/session MUST do so by email or webform ONLY, for date/timestamp purposes to show that they did so within the 24 – 48 hour window required by the range.

  • If no deposit is received from the customer to the range (unless specially written circumstances advised by the range) and the range is unable to make contact with / receives contact from the customer, then the HELD lesson/session can be scheduled over at the discretion of the range to ensure the date/time is filled.
  • For those who have not paid the deposit amount and do not advise of cancellation within the required time, you will be charged for the missed session as well at time of rebooking, as we were not advised far enough in advance that you would miss that session and were therefore unable to open and book the time for someone else.

To qualify for deposit refund (full or partial), an official advisement must be received in writing by email or webform ONLY within the timetables shown before. (see below table)

Private Lesson / Session Cancellation Policy & Deposit Refund Eligibility

All deposit refund eligibility is based on the actual time of cancellation as outlined in the table below.

Private Lesson / Session "No Show" Policy

A “No Show” is defined as one of the following

  • A scheduled/confirmed private session customer who either does not contact the range at least 24 hours prior to their lesson to cancel or request to reschedule, regardless of if they have submitted a deposit payment or not
  • A scheduled/confirmed private session customer who completely misses the their scheduled session completely without any prior or follow-up contact to the range, regardless of if they have submitted a deposit payment or not

Failure to pay the missed session amount in full or contact the range will automatically mean the scheduler is placed on a “blacklist” until such time as the balance is resolved in full or communication is made by the customer regarding the missed session.

If the customer in question wishes to reschedule or rebook at a later date/time after their missed session, they are responsible for paying the FULL missed session amount (not just the initial deposit) before the range will consider rescheduling them for a future session.  

This is due to the range session being in high demand and the coach(es) are at the range waiting for the scheduled participant(s).  A scheduled session means it is your time and cannot be booked over by another customer unless the range is aware that you will not be coming in.

Full Payment Requirement for Reserved Open Shooting Sessions

For all Open Shooting sessions scheduled on or after June 1, 2020, the full amount for the upcoming session is required to confirm your reserved session date/time.   

For those who have paid their amount and need to cancel or reschedule, this MUST be done by email or webform ONLY, for date/timestamp purposes.  Official advisement must be received in writing NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR to the upcoming scheduled session in order to either receive a full refund or transfer the payment to the rescheduled date/time as agreed when you contact us to make the change.  

For those who have not paid the full amount and do not advise of cancellation within the required time, you will be charged for the missed session as well at time of rebooking, as we were not advised far enough in advance that you would miss that session and were therefore unable to open and book the time for someone else.

Phone call and text messaging will NOT be considered as a valid form of advisement due to delays in receipt or processing.

Open Shooting Session Cancellation Policy & Deposit Refund Eligibility
