Use this form specifically for the following:
- Request to schedule a new lesson
(size limitations / rates can be found here) - Request Information about large group Corporate Events or Parties

- Request to cancel existing lesson (48 hour notice required)
Private Sessions are scheduled specifically for the person(s) or group that booked a specific date/time and are NOT shared time-slots. Because of this and the volume of requests for scheduling, we ask that if you are unable to make your already scheduled and confirmed date/time, please contact us at a MINIMUM of 24 hours prior to your scheduled private session so that we know to cancel you from the schedule. This will allow us to both reschedule your session for a more convenient date/time for you and your group, as well as have the opportunity to offer the now available spot to another customer. Any scheduled sessions that are not cancelled prior to the date/time scheduled or that are not attended will remain on the schedule as a “No Show“”
- Requested Dates/Times for scheduling for a potential students/groups have only been added to the range calendar officially once you have received an email confirmation with your Session ID directly from the range that has instructions on how to proceed with holding the spot officially and links to any required waivers
- Confirmations are NEVER given or done officially by phone alone. If you have not received an email confirmation with your Session ID, then please note that you do not have a confirmed session with the range yet.
This form MUST be filled out in order to request a gift certificate and the issued invoice paid in full BEFORE the gift certificate is valid for use.
Payment is done after the form has been filled out, received by our range and processed by the billing person. The invoice will then come from Square, where you can securely make the payment.

Gift Certificates for Open Shooting: Recipients of this type of gift certificate, that will be using our equipment, MUST have already completed an official Safety Lesson at South Bay Archery Lessons or be able to provide proof of the successful completion of a Safety Lesson at another range BEFORE they will be able to redeem this type of gift certificate.
All gift cards are personally created for the intended recipient(s) so printing and mailing/pick-up may not be the same day as your request is submitted on.
Processing outline:
- The form is filled out and submitted by the requestor
- The form has been received by the range and specially printed for the recipient with details of the gift
- The gift card is then scheduled for either in-person pick-up or mailed directly to the requester or the recipient
- Once printing of the card is done and ready for either pick-up or mailing, you will be sent an invoice for the gift certificate through Square, where you can securely make the payment (gift card is not activated until after payment is received)
